Welcome to Divine Crystalz. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

2. Product Information

We offer selected spiritual/wellness crystal bracelets. Please note:

• Every bracelet is unique; natural crystal colours, bead patterns, and textures may slightly vary from the pictures.
• All crystal bracelets are subject to availability.

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable. Divine Crystalz reserves the right to update prices, launch offers, discount campaigns, and product offerings from time to time without prior notice.

5. Order Placement and Cancellations

To place an order, you must provide a valid name, delivery address, pincode, and an active 10-digit Indian mobile number.

• Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or suspect addresses or invalid phone numbers will be automatically cancelled.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent transactions.

6. Payment Methods

We offer two checkout modes:

• Online Payment: Handled securely via integrated gateways (Razorpay) using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payable in cash upon doorstep delivery. COD orders may require a confirmation reply via WhatsApp before dispatch.

7. Shipping and Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 Business Days and delivered in 3-7 Business Days depending on location. Deliveries are subject to courier service operations. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Refunds & Replacements

Requests for replacements or returns must be initiated within 48 Hours of delivery and require a clear, uncut unboxing video. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete terms.

9. Product Care Guidance

To maintain crystal lustre, protect the bracelet from harsh chemicals, perfumes, oils, and prolonged water exposure (swimming/bathing).

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Divine Crystalz or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to any physical reactions, emotional interpretations, or spiritual outcomes.
